Frank Parker has managed to stay one step ahead of trouble.

As Frank does his best to dodge arrest, word of a Lunatic plot to tie up loose ends reaches Frank’s ear, and he must not only stay ahead of the TCPD, but also rundown the elusive hitman who’s been stalking him for weeks.

Frank is willing to die for Mattie and Suzanne.
